These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PigPayMe platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through pigpay.me (the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Service. By using the Service, registering an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
PigPayMe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
The Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use or access the Service under any circumstances.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If your use of the Service would be prohibited by applicable law, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel transactions in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual may be terminated without notice.
Your account is personal to you and you may not transfer or assign your account to any other person or entity.
PigPayMe does not store your Solana wallet's private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. We strongly recommend using secure practices such as hardware wallets, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication where available.
You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
To engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm minors
To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or offensive
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate PigPayMe, a PigPayMe employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
To attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of the Service
To use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent activities
User profiles, bios, and any other content you publish on the Service must not include:
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any earnings on the platform, and potential legal action if warranted.
PigPayMe charges a fee for facilitating transactions between users. The current platform fee is 5% of each transaction amount. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice to users.
All payments made through the Service are processed via the Solana blockchain. By using our Service, you acknowledge:
When someone sends payment to your profile:
There are no minimum withdrawal amounts as funds are sent directly to your wallet at the time of payment.
You are solely responsible for:
PigPayMe is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transactions.
Cryptocurrency values can be volatile. You acknowledge the risks associated with using cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to price volatility, technical vulnerabilities, and regulatory uncertainties. PigPayMe is not responsible for any loss of value of cryptocurrency.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, and icons) are owned by PigPayMe, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:
By posting, uploading, or submitting content to the Service ("User Content"), you grant PigPayMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content you post and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
PigPayMe respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
PigPayMe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
IN NO EVENT WILL PIGPAYME, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PigPayMe, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator experienced in online commerce and technology, and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity.
Any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between PigPayMe and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may bring an individual action in the small claims court of your state or municipality if the action is within that court's jurisdiction and is pending only in that court.
PigPayMe may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@pigpay.me. Please note that some information may be retained in our records pursuant to our legal obligations or legitimate business interests.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
After account termination, your profile will no longer be accessible. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a certain period of time.
